“I have wanted to do Yoga for a long time but was nervous to start because I was overweight and very unsupple and I did not want to make a fool of myself. When I saw that Pantiles Yoga was starting up I felt the urge to give it a go. And I am so glad I did! From my very first visit Lucy made me feel so welcome. I have to admit I did struggle at first and got very frustrated, and even cried at times!, but Lucy was so kind and patient that she made me feel that eventually I could do it. She seems so in tune with everyones needs and moods and tempers the sessions so that everyone, no matter how experienced or inexperienced, benefits from them. I have certainly felt the benefits of doing Yoga with Lucy in so many areas of my life, both physically and emotionally. It is my little Oasis in life! And I cannot thank Lucy enough! Oh and the end of term parties are excellent!” , Siobhan.
