ON FRIDAY 21st NOVEMBER PANTILES YOGA, AS WE KNOW AND LOVE IT, CLOSED IT’S DOORS FOREVER!

OUR WONDERFUL YOGA COMMUNITY WILL BE MOVING UP THE ROAD INTO A BEAUTIFUL NEW BESPOKE YOGA STUDIO AND TREATMENT ROOM, UNDER THE NEW NAME OF FLOW. When we do open our doors once more our timetable will be as shown below. Ben Groombridge Osteopathy, will also be opening his Osteopathy clinic and we will have massage, acupuncture, shiatsu, and other wonderful ways to help support and nurture you.

PRIVATE SESSIONS AVAILABLE BY REQUEST

“Having practiced a very traditional martial art for 28 years, I was looking for an alternative to help compliment and improve my flexibility and suppleness. My wife had practiced Yoga some time ago and began attending Lucy’s classes a year ago – my wife always returned from Lucy’s classes truly inspired by what they gave her. I decided to start Lucy’s beginners class and I’ve now progressed to the ‘Stretch and Flow’ classes with confidence – I’ve certainly not looked back. From my very first lesson, Lucy’s welcoming approach and ability to understand each individual’s capabilities and needs and inturn impart an inspiring, engaging and structured class makes for an amazing experience. Each lesson contains so many engaging elements with something different to focus on each time – they really sit well with my capabilities, but always manage to progress my ability every time. Since starting, my flexibilty and body strength has improved more and more and the initial reason I began Yoga has developed into so much more. Through my years of martial arts tuition and instruction, I’ve understood what it’s like to receive fantastic instruction from some amazing practioners – and Lucy is just that, a fantastic teacher with a real gift for imparting a real passion, that for me makes for a great experience. “, Neil.

BOOKING NOTES

  • In advance price applies when paying for 6 or more classes in advance or if you are booking for a regular weekly slot. Pay as you go price for one class only. Payment is non refundable when booking for a regular weekly slot. Classes can however be swapped where possible.
  • Private Classes can be booked in with Lucy at £50 per hour. Please telephone 07976 439122 to arrange a suitable time.
  • All equipment is provided included mats, bolsters, blocks and belts, however, if you have your own kit please bring it along.
  • Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to get your socks off!
  • Do telephone Lucy in advance of your first class to get booked in.
  • Each class has a maximum of 10 students. Should there be a group of 6-8 of you looking for a bespoke class please let me know and I will try to schedule a weekly time especially for your group.

    Before you start your Yoga practice please be sure to tell me if any of the following applies to you:

    • ASTHMATIC , Do you use a Ventolin or Salbutamol Inhalator? Please be sure to bring it to every class.
    • DIABETIC, Please be sure to bring Glucose to every class.
    • EPILEPTIC, How much warning do you get prior to a convulsion, please let me know?
    • HEART PROBLEMS ANGINA, Do you have a pain relieving spray? Please be sure to bring it to every class.
    • PREGNANT or recently had a baby
    • MEDICATION that may affect your Yoga practice
    • MENSTRUAL problems
    • CIRCULATORY problems
    • DIZZINESS or VERTIGO
    • HIGH or LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
    • RESTRICTED JOINT MOVEMENTS
    • RECENT OPERATIONS

    Also, please do let me know if you are NEW TO YOGA.

    If there is ANYTHING ELSE you feel may affect your Yoga practice please have a quick word prior to the class starting.
