The group is a place for support, personal growth and inspiration. The group will be facilitated by Maya Morgan who has over 25 years of experience leading different women’s groups. FRIDAY 17 OCTOBER – WORKSHOP WITH JEAN HALL

THE MOVING BREATH…
The breath is the template for all movement in life and every aspect of our lives depends on our capacity to breathe…Just as a plant that withers without water or light so the body and mind begins to wilt and close in on itself without the full flow of breath within. This workshop will have something for everyone as we explore gentle approaches to breathing practices to help dismantle stuck patterns of breathing which may cause stress, tension and dis-ease in the body and mind.Once our breath begins to flow freely and deeply we can then start to cultivate ujjayi pranayama (victorious breathing) and develop our core strength through uddiyana bandha (abdominal control/tone) which we will carry in to the asana practice.
This will help us to create mindfulness as well as promoting a strong, fluid and fully balanced yoga practice.
10.30 – 15.00, £50 including lunch

MONDAY 3 NOVEMBER – REIKI HEALING CIRCLE WITH REIKI MASTER LINDSDAY PERCIVAL

The traditional image for spiritual unfoldment is a lotus flower. Rising from unclean water to blossom as a pure, uncontaminated flower, the lotus is a symbol of purity, resurrection and spiritual illumination. Each opening of the petal represents the gradual unfolding of consciousness on the path of enlightenment. Join us for the continuation of our meditation and healing practices to explore further ways to unfold our natural gifts of inner wisdom, guidance and intuition. For more information please visit Lindsays’s website.

FRIDAY 21 NOVEMBER- A MINDFUL APPROACH TO ASHTANGA YOGA WITH SCOTT JOHNSON

The ashtanga yoga practice is a gateway to seeing the relationship between body and mind through the vehicle of breath and movement. When practiced diligently over time subtler aspects open up such as deeper feeling and sensation which align not only the space and openness in the body but also reflect in the processes of our minds. The practice is built to transform our viewpoint and these intensives will inquire into the the intimate nature of all the different parts of our lives. We will work on the different elements of the primary series and weave them in a way that supports not only any yoga practice you undertake but also the larger context of our own unique daily lives. We will begin to see how practice and life are never separate.
12.30 – 15.00, £25
